Primera colaboración entre Buckshot y 9th Wonder en el año 2005, “Chemistry” es la segunda parte de una campaña de Duck Down llamada “Triple Threat”. Álbum íntegramente producido por 9th Wonder que cuenta con colaboraciones de Sean Price, Phonte, Big Pooh, Keisha Shontelle, L.E.G.A.C.Y, Joe Scudda y Starang Wondah. Tres años mas tarde en Abril del 2008 sale a la venta su Segundo álbum en colaboración llamado “ The Formula”. Tal parece que para Octubre de este año lanzaran su tercer álbum en colaboración llamado “The solution”.
